Barbecue has always been an art of passion. Something that takes time, unique skill, deliberation, and an intense need for perfection. A blend of the perfect temperature, timing, wood, smoke, and meats. started as a small batch, hand crafted barbecue sauce produced out of the Johnny Harris Famous Barbecue Sauce Co. We had desire to create something truly unique for the Savannah area, so we created

a boutique barbecue sauce brand that used all natural and local ingredients. We enhanced the “Savannah Style” barbecue sauce. Now we bring those same values to the restaurant world. We present BowTie Barbecue Co.: An upscale, affordable approach to Barbecue, Chicken, Burgers and Southern Delights that Savannah has never experienced, including an inspiring list of craft beers and small batch whiskeys.
