We’ve been waiting for this day! ✨

We’re so excited to share that we’re partnering with Alicia Madigan / Uncle Tony’s Kombucha, brewed right here in Sauk Prairie, to bring something new and refreshing to Buzzed Bean!

Even better, we’ll be working with Alicia to create custom kombucha flavors exclusively for the shop!

Our current featured flavor is a bright blend of tropical pineapple, zesty lime, just the right amount of ginger kick, and all the refreshing vibes. Add a splash of pineapple juice and ginger beer for the ultimate summer sip.☀️

Supporting local is at the heart of what we do, and we’re thrilled to collaborate with another local business to create something special for our community.

Summer berry season is upon us and so is this weekend’s special: the Honeyberry Brew.

Nate’s all-time favorite drink has always been the Fat Elvis- iced, made with almond milk, and a with boost of CBD thrown in.

The Fat Elvis is one of Buzzed Bean’s most popular signature creations! A hot or iced peanut butter & banana latte topped with chocolate whipped cream and mocha drizzle. Easy to understand why it’s so loved.

Even puppies approve! Or at least MJ sure thinks she would, if only Nate would share.

With Chad & Brittany away on a well-deserved vacation, you’re stuck with Nate and I holding down the fort.

Because there won’t be an official weekly special, we decided to share our favorites and current go-to drink orders with you instead.

I’ve been drinking what I call a blackberry sparkling matcha- an iced matcha with sparkling water instead of milk and Brittany’s house-made blackberry syrup. I like it best with an infusion of daytime sweet spot. Ultra refreshing & relaxing on these especially hot days.

Today’s bakery special is our Nettle Cowboy Cheddar Scones 🧀🌿, made with locally milled flour from , Cowboy Cheddar from Murphy Farm, and wild-harvested stinging nettles from our farm.

Nettles are packed with vitamins and minerals and have been enjoyed as a nutritious food for generations. We love finding ways to cook with the local seasons and the abundance Wisconsin has to offer.

It’s also the last day to enjoy our spring specials before we jump into a new season of flavors.

🚧 Demo is officially underway!

As we tackle this remodel, our menu may look a little different from time to time. Brittany is still the sole baker, maker, and everything in between—and also part of the demo crew.

There may be days when we run out of a favorite pastry or drink. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while we juggle serving customers and tearing down walls.

Our Summer Menu is dropping next week and will be here through August ☀️, but you’ll see fewer weekly specials throughout the summer while we focus on building a better space for all of you.
