15 # of blond organic Peruvian beans going on for a late night roast! The French roast caught the brunt of the coals and flames first to give them a nice sheen. Shipping and deliveries tomorrow!

Pouring some iced French roast for a humid afternoon of coffee roasting! Two deliveries this week to the local area and I’m cooking up a light roast or French roast of some aged organic Peruvian arabica coffee! The French roast brings the smoothness of a perfect milk chocolate truffle and carries through the notes of the fresh coffee fruit and almost a sweet cherry note to finish. Almost no bitterness and absolutely no acidity through the whole cup! The light roast bring all of the joys of the French roast without any toasted bitter notes and just a hint of a tart apple note on the end. Message me for an order today by midnight for Wednesday or Thursday at midnight for a Friday delivery. I will also be shipping coffee this week again so if you would like an order to be shipped please order by Thursday at midnight as well! $17 Each plus $4 shipping on single bags. No shipping on orders of 2 or more bags or delivery fee for local orders!
