It's like a taco and a bowl of Mac & Cheese fell madly in love, made some questionable decisions, and now here we are.

House-made chorizo, seasoned ground beef, pico de gallo, creamy Mac & Cheese, and a whole lot of house-made white queso smothered over the top.

Is it a taco? No.
Is it Mac & Cheese? Technically.
Does anyone care once the queso hits the bowl? Absolutely not.

We’ve got some BRAND NEW Wisconsin-made Bloomer sodas in the cooler, and naturally, we’re already dreaming up all the ridiculous ways we can dirty them up.

Because your friendly little Somewhere in the Middle is still proudly Wisconsin’s FIRST Dirty Soda Shoppe featuring exclusively Wisconsin-made sodas.

Wisconsin soda + our house-made syrups, creams and concoctions = a whole lot of reasons to come thirsty.

And COME HUNGRY today because Mac & Cheese has officially entered its comfort-food era.

Pizza Mac & Cheese — because apparently regular mac & cheese wasn't chaotic enough for us.

Mac & Cheese has entered the chat.

And this isn't your average scoop-it-out-of-a-pan situation.

Around here, we're pretty proud of knowing where our food comes from.

ALL of the meat we're serving is sourced locally from Jackie Wilkinson (at Wilkinson's Farm near Leland)

And the vast majority of our fresh produce and microgreens come from our friends at Buck's Garden just a few miles down the road!

And cheeses from Arena!

So, what did we do with all that local goodness?

We put it in MAC & CHEESE, obviously.

Traditional Mac & Cheese — $7
Creamy, cheesy, classic comfort food topped with our house-made sourdough breadcrumbs.

Chicken & Bacon Mac & Cheese — $9
Wilkinson's Farm chicken + bacon, creamy mac & cheese and sourdough breadcrumbs.

Pizza Mac & Cheese — $9
This one got a little ridiculous.

House-made Italian sausage + house-made meatball sausage made with Wilkinson's pork and ground beef + pepperoni + hot honey marinara + sourdough breadcrumbs + mozzarella + Parmesan.

It's pizza.
It's mac & cheese.
It's what happens when Ed is left unsupervised.

Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese — $9
Wilkinson's Farm pork, slow-cooked and piled into creamy mac & cheese, finished with sourdough breadcrumbs.

Traditional — $7

We have brought our scratch-made Mac and Cheeses back for the end of the summer/beginning fall menu.

Starting today we will have 4 kinds of Mac and cheese to go with scratch-made cheese sauce, local farm fresh toppings and all kinds of goodness!

Open 11-7 this weekend. (Closed Sundays amd Mondays only till 5!)
