Greetings on this fine Friday! POP UP ALERT: We will be at the Meyer Oak Grove Market tomorrow starting service around 10. This will be the last market in the park and my last out g in town so I figured I would make a lovely soup for the occasion:
French Onion with Short Rib! IYKYK. Hope to see you there,

Due to the rain, we will not be at SkiHi this evening. We will see you there in one week, October 8th! Thanks for your support.
Cheers,

One of the most fun things in life is when I make something and prior to tasting it as I look at it…. And ask myself you can’t possibly be that good……. That’s a feeling like nothing else.. and I don’t have an answer

Yus yus yus. This is the only olive oil I use. And I really don’t even cook with it. I will use it in my croutons to make that bonbon type insanity.

Bright flavor in every drizzle.

So I just went down to this little grocery store that’s new in town. I love it and their dreams for expansion are impressive. We have a new place to get stuff which I love. You can do a total Water Street shopping starting here going to Ranch and Root and then La Bombita. It’s fun seeing this town grow up. They’re dreaming big in that little grocery store which I love..
