Owners Bruno Nobre and Mauricio DaSilva have worked closely with coffee producers to better understand their products, sourcing green coffee globally and traveling to the origin whenever possible. Both Bruno and Mauricio come from a family of coffee farmers in Brazil. Keep a look out for them at the cafe. You’ll find both of them greeting customers or behind the bar helping staff make lattes or handing out baked goods. They love interacting with customers and making conversation!
