We are open

We will be open 6 days a week for the summer 

Closed Wednesdays

Yes the lawsuit is hanging over are head but we are looking to have a great summer on Broadway. We are not sure what will happen after the summer. Honestly I feel that we are at are breaking point with fighting. Business are so hard to run when everything is going perfectly and this is making it unbearable.

Once again huge shoutout to our staff.

Thank you for all the loyalty from our customers. No matter what happens our customers will always mean a great deal to us.

With all of this said there is still no place like Saratoga Springs NY year round but especially in the summer.

Update

I talked to National Grid yesterday and was told in the notes it says Bill Murry asked for the disconnect on April 22 due to demolition. They had no other details. My name is Bill Maher and I did not call. The account is in our corporation name. They did take the work order out. I am completely confused on how this happened and thankful that we did not get disconnected.
We will stay on our toes the best we can. I am not pointing fingers because I have no proof or way to find out.
Thank you for all the kind words and we are here to fight and serve another day.

Update

Good Morning

We have been laying low and letting lawyers put the cases together for both sides. The case is a long one so not much to update on that.

This morning National Grid came into shut off the gas for demolition. The building only has gas for the restaurant and no other part of the building. The gas is on our account with our electric in our business name. Not sure what is happening. Guy that came was nice enough not to shut it off because he saw we are an open restaurant. We have calls in trying to figure out what is happening.

Once again thank you for the support and kind words. The stress is crazy and we are doing everything to get through this time.
