PARADISE CITY BOURBON BROWNIE

Formerly Belmont Bourbon Brownie

A legendary flavor. A Saratoga story.

Some flavors become more than a dessert …..they become part of the history of a place.

When Axl Rose visited Saratoga Gelato late Friday night and enjoyed our beloved Belmont Bourbon Brownie, it created a moment we knew we would remember. To celebrate that unforgettable visit of an iconic legend and the bold, unmistakable spirit of Saratoga Springs, we proudly introduce the next chapter of our signature flavor:

Paradise City Bourbon Brownie.

The same rich chocolate brownie. The same smooth bourbon character. The same unforgettable flavor …now with a name that captures the energy, excitement, and personality of a truly iconic moment in a truly iconic city.

From Belmont to Paradise, this is more than a flavor. It’s a story you can taste.
