For many years, Chef Paolo has been an important part of the Cafe Gabbiano family, bringing passion, dedication, and heart to every dish that leaves our kitchen.

Recently, Paolo's wife received the difficult diagnosis of Stage 3 cancer. As they begin navigating treatments, medical expenses, and time away from work, the road ahead will undoubtedly bring both emotional and financial challenges.

At Cafe Gabbiano, we believe family extends beyond our staff — it includes the guests and community who have supported us throughout the years. Today, we're asking for your help in supporting one of our own.

To assist Paolo and his family during this time, Cafe Gabbiano will match donations made through their GoFundMe campaign, dollar for dollar, up to $5,000.
