* High School diploma or equivalent
* Prior leadership experience preferred.
* A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant is preferred
* A minimum age of 21 years old
* Flexible schedule (not fixed) and be able to cover shifts on short notice
* Basic personal computer literacy
* Able to tolerate standing, walking for extended periods of time

- Opening and closing the restaurant.
- Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to waitstaff.
- Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
- Handling & recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.

Requirements and Duties:

- Basic English communication skills

A bilingual Spanish Speaker is a plus

- Ability to work flexible schedules; including holidays, and evenings

- Requires standing and moving for extended periods.

- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.

- Seats guests and manage the seating chart.

- Proficient use of the POS system,
Accuracy of the cash drawer.

- Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.

- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness

- Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc

- Other tasks might be given to you if needed by managers.
