It's been quite a while since we've posted here, but recently we found ourselves looking through old photographs and reminiscing about the many wonderful years we spent serving the Sarasota community. We thought it was time to reconnect and share a little update with the people who helped make this restaurant such a special part of our lives.
For us, this restaurant was never just a business. It was a dream, a livelihood, and a place where some of our most cherished memories were made.
Through years of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication, we built more than a restaurant. We built a gathering place where friends became family, celebrations were shared, and generations of guests created lasting memories around our tables.
One of our proudest accomplishments was owning the building itself. It represented stability, independence, and the belief that through hard work and perseverance, you could create something meaningful for your family and your community.
Although the restaurant closed in 2017, the memories remain. The laughter, friendships, stories, and traditions that filled these walls continue to live on in the hearts of those who were part of the journey.
Today, we are enjoying retirement in Italy and reflecting fondly on the many wonderful years we spent serving the Sarasota community. While the restaurant is gone, the memories and friendships it created remain among our life's greatest blessings.
This page is now dedicated to preserving that history. In the months ahead, we hope to share old photographs, stories, and memories from the restaurant and invite former guests, employees, friends, and family to do the same.
To everyone who walked through our doors, thank you for your support, your friendship, and for allowing us to be part of your lives. We will always be grateful for the memories we created together.
