A several pictures from today

Nashville Tw***ie (It's my ode to East Nashville) It's a Texas Tw***ie cuz but made with chopped rib meat instead of brisket). I was going to stuff the rib but after smoking, the bone hole became too small.

Smoked Ribs, Smoked Mac-n-Chz, "Ramified" Funeral Potatoes, & Cajun Green Beans.
