Most people decide breakfast in about four seconds 💚 Whatever’s fastest, whatever’s closest, whatever doesn’t require thinking before coffee.

It’s the first fuel your body gets after eight hours without any, and it shapes how the next few hours feel. Steady or crashing. Clear or foggy.

We open at 7:30 for exactly this reason. Real, organic, made from scratch, and fast enough that choosing well doesn’t cost you your morning.

Nobody has to ask “is this safe?” here 💚

Whether you have celiac, you’re gluten sensitive, or you just feel better without it, the answer is the same every time you walk in. Our entire kitchen is 100% gluten free, so there’s no separate prep, no shared equipment, no hoping someone took you seriously.

That means the waffles, the sourdough toast, the egg sandwich, the cookies. All of it, all yours, no questions required.

Bring the friend who never gets to order what they want.

“Healthy” has been a marketing word for a long time.

Think about what you’ve been sold. Low fat, with the fat replaced by sugar. Sugar free, with the sugar replaced by chemistry. Fortified, because the nutrients were stripped out in the first place.

Every one of those was a lab solving a problem the food industry created, then selling it back to you as virtue.

We don’t have a formula. We have a kitchen, organic ingredients, and people who cook. That’s the whole thing 💚
