Whole Wheat Linguini with Porcini and Brussels Sprouts- Similar to, but lighter than the classic Italian Tagliatelle ai Funghi. We use organic whole wheat linguini that has a delicious, nutty flavor, imported Italian porcini mushrooms, fresh Brussels sprouts, and a bit of shallots and cream. Topped with a blend of Parmesan and Pecorino Romano.

Oven Roasted Kobocha Squash & Parsnips- A lovely combination: the kabocha squash, with its rich, chestnut-like feel and flavor, along with the soft sweetness of the parsnips. We cut them up, mix them with a bit of extra virgin olive oil and salt, and roast them in a very hot oven. Made with farmers' market kabocha squash and Weiser Farms parsnips.

Along with a side of tangy tahini-based sauce with whole pinenuts. Made, as always, with grass fed beef.
