The menu represents our group’s continued commitment to truly seasonal, market-driven cuisine—a reflection of the best ingredients available from local farmers and vendors with sustainable practices. Enjoy a fresh bread, pastries and coffee in the mornings, with a variety of seasonal wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas and SoCal-inspired Italian fare for lunch and dinner made by our culinary team.

We’re also the bread-baking hub for the restaurant group, where the team can experiment with new varieties of pastries and breads. We incorporate a wide selection of organic, whole-grain flours (some gluten-free), alongside more traditional breakfast pastries and desserts.
