Robata Bar evokes the spirit of a Nomiya, or a Japanese pub, from the streets of Tokyo. Robata Bar specializes in Robatayaki style of Japanese comfort cuisine, an ancient style of Japanese cooking with skewers over an open flame, and features an array of Robata-style skewers cooked over our Bincho-Tan grill, sushi, sashimi, and special hot and cold dishes from the kitchen.
