Ming Dynasty Ming Dynasty restaurant was founded in 1990 by master chef James Hu and his wife Amy. Chef James Hu began studying culinary arts at the age of 18.

He began his profession as a master chef by the age of 23. In 2000, traveling afar from Dalian, China, master chef Ming Liu and his wife Vicky became part of the Ming Dynasty family.
