Wow, Santa Fe, THANK YOU! 🙌💗👏 Our final weekend turnout was absolutely incredible. I can't express enough gratitude to each and every one of you for coming out to bid us farewell. These past 9 years have been an amazing journey, and we're going to miss you all 🥰. I feel incredibly blessed to have forged numerous friendships and created countless cherished memories here.
A special shoutout to my original partner, Joel. Thank you for the countless hours you spent in the kitchen to create such an amazing menu. To quote a customer from the early days "Your menu is wild!" We had a dream and made it a reality. 🙌
To Shannon, Noah, Taylor, Anjelica, Patrick, Will, Veronica, Gus, ErnieBob, Angela and all the other characters and personalities that made up our staff – thank you for your tireless dedication. Our team was just as much of the Fire & Hops experience than anything else. We sure had a lot of laughs.
I want to extend my gratitude to Allyn, Gaby, Jason, Marin, Nicole and Tod for their support and assistance. Thank you! 🙏
Last but certainly not least, a heartfelt thanks to my incredible wife, Tara, who greeted me late at night and provided unwavering support through the years. I couldn't have done it without you! Onto the next adventure…💕
For me, Fire & Hops meant more than just a place to eat and drink; it was a space where the community could come together. Whether it was for a tap takeover, a local nonprofit fundraiser, a birthday, an anniversary, or to celebrate life itself, it was these gatherings, conversations, laughter, and smiles that will remain with me forever. I'm immensely proud of what we achieved on a tight budget and so happy we got to breathe new life into the old adobe house on Guadalupe Street. Until we cross paths again, take care. With love ~ Josh

Oh, and for those curious, the final tally on Brussels sprouts was 43,605 orders sold!
And one more thing – if anyone is interested in opening a brewery/bar/public space, feel free to reach out. 😀
