Great food starts with quality ingredients and the people who know what to do with them!

Chef Nate Clements is putting the exceptional meats from our friends at Beck and Bulow to work, featuring our Steak Frites with beef flank steak, sautéed spinach, seasoned fries, and truffle demi-glace, along with our Wild Game Rigatoni featuring alligator and elk sausage.

Chef Nathan Clements created this incredible Wild Game Rigatoni for our recent w**e dinner, featuring alligator & elk sausage paired with VARA W**ery & Distillery Tempranillo-poached rigatoni and a rich Grand-Veneur sauce.

We hosted our first w**e dinner at our restaurant in partnership with Vara VARA W**ery & Distillery, featuring guest Executive Pastry Chef Rebecca Freeman. Seven courses, six w**e pairings, and an amazing staff who made it all happen! Special thanks to Beck and Bulow for the fantastic proteins.

We also made the finals at the Edible New Mexico Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown, taking 3rd place in the People's Choice Award! 🍔

And we wrapped it all up at the Santa Fe W**e & Chile Fiesta with Chile Friday and the Grand Tasting.
