🍕🥒 September’s Pizza of the Month: The Pickle ’Za!
It all started in October 2015, when we began serving our Pickle ’Za at a few breweries in Albuquerque and Santa Fe for their Oktoberfest celebrations. Since then, this tangy, savory favorite has earned a loyal following—and for good reason!
Made with crisp dill pickles, melty cheese, and our house-made dill sauce, the Pickle ’Za is a flavor-packed favorite that keeps customers coming back for more.

It’s also one of the newest pizzas featured at the New Mexico State Fair, now celebrating its third year! While the Pickle ’Za is typically our October Pizza of the Month, we’re featuring two pizzas this year and couldn’t wait to share this customer favorite a little early.
