Hosted by Constance Delaire, of Laurent-Perrier, the evening begins with an exquisite *****ne reception pouring La Cuvée en Magnum.

Following the reception, Chef Kathleen Crook will present a thoughtfully crafted four-course dinner, perfectly paired with a remarkable selection of Laurent-Perrier champagnes.

The 35th Annual Santa Fe W**e & Chile Fiesta takes place from September 23 through September 27, bringing together dozens of local restaurants and national w**eries for a five-day culinary celebration. The festival features cooking demonstrations, w**e seminars, and special dinners, culminating in its famous Grand Tasting on Saturday, September 26.
