The Eldorado Coffee Corral is taking pre orders for croissants for pickup Christmas Day between 8am and 10am. Stop by the shop to order before December 23rd and pick up Christmas morning before 10am.

Are there any home bakers out there looking to make some extra money? We are looking for a baker, we have the recipes and equipment and are happy to train the right person. 3-4 days per week 5-6 hours a day.

The cortado is one of our popular drinks, but we often get asked, “what is it?”

So here’s the answer! 😉

A cortado is equal parts espresso to equal parts steamed + textured milk, a 1:1 ratio, making it an excellent beverage if you’re looking for something strong but with wayyy less milk than a latte.
