Sometimes life asks us to slow down when we weren't planning to.

I've been taking some time to heal, be present for my two kids, and find my footing again. Blossom & Glaze is still here, still growing, and still chasing the same dream.

Every glaze is poured by hand, one pastry at a time. There's no shortcut to getting that perfectly smooth finish—it takes patience, timing, and just a little bit of trust in the process.

This is one of my favorite parts of creating French pastries... watching each one transform right before my eyes. 🤍

Sometimes the prettiest desserts start out looking like plain little domes.

Thank you to every single person who stopped by, waited in line, supported my small business, and took home one of my handcrafted French pastries. Moments like this remind me exactly why I started this journey in the first place.

A huge thank you to 505 Night Market and Green Chile Crisp • Lorraine Chow for such an incredible evening. It was amazing to be surrounded by so many talented local vendors and a community that truly shows up for small businesses.
