🫘 FEBRUARY COFFEE OF THE MONTH 🫘

This month you can come into the shop or order online to save $1 on a pound of our Ethiopia Natural! A fruity, more acidic medium/light roast with notes of milk chocolate and berries.

The “natural” part of this Ethiopian roast refers to the way the coffee is processed from the tree to the bean. Naturally processed coffee, as opposed to the “washed” process, involves the coffee cherry drying whole without removing the bean. This results in the coffee bean absorbing some of the fruity flavors and sugars of the coffee cherry as it ferments and dries!

If this sounds like your cup of joe, come on in before the end of the month to save $1!
