We're bringing Chow Local to Santa Cruz this summer, to offer restaurants a sustainable alternative to the big food delivery apps.
Chow Local is a new, commission-free food ordering and delivery platform.
Did you know? Big food delivery app charge restaurants as much as 30% in commissions!
Popular restaurants end up paying the big delivery apps, thousands of dollars every month.
Many restaurants end up charging you (the customer who orders through the big delivery apps) more for their food, to make up for the commissions they have to pay.
Instead of commissions, Chow Local charges restaurants a small monthly fee. Restaurants on the platform pay a fraction of what they would typically pay the big delivery apps.
In fact, 50 restaurants on Chow Local will collectively pay the platform less than one popular restaurant could pay a big delivery app every year!
