Thelma's Cafe Thelma's Cafe was est. in 2007. We specialize in breakfast and lunch cuisines. Our cuisines consist of American, french and asian fusion ingredients. Check us out!

Some of our most popular items are the omelettes, burritos, and gourmet burgers. At Thelma's, we are committed to serving you the best food, as fresh as we can, and as delicious as we can. We use only the best quality ingredients, and we try to make as much as we can from scratch, in house, fresh. Chef/Owner Luis Diaz has had an illustrious culinary career, culminating in being the Executive Chef

at Wolfgang Puck's Santa Monica fusion food landmark, Chinois on Main, where he spent over 20 years. Chef Luis packed up and moved to Santa Clarita in 2007, looking for a change of pace. He opened Thelma's, named after his beautiful wife, with a focus on fun, new breakfast food. While our focus is breakfast and lunch, we are open for dinner Thursday through Saturday, and this is when Chef Luis's culinary claws really come out. Thursdays are Burger Night, with half price gourmet burger, while Friday and Saturday are reserved for Chef's Specials, something new each week. Like our page for up-to-date info on new specials, special events, new dishes, and general culinary fun! Come to Thelma's, and we will strive to serve you fresh, gourmet, delicious food, all served with fun and flair. We hope to leave you with a great experience, and craving another visit before you even leave!
