The Halfway House Cafe has been open since 1931. In the early 1900's, the farmers from Palmdale and the LA Market met here as a trading post. Because it's halfway between LA and Palmdale, the name "Halfway House' was born. In the 1960's, we caught the attention of Hollywood and as a result, numerous movies, television shows and commercials have been filmed here. We're as proud of our food as we ar
