PALAPA Fresh authentic Mexican food, quality customer service, and a clean and relaxing atmosphere. All of our cooking is from scratch. Tortillas do not contain lard.

Because we cook traditional Mexican recipes, our re-fried Peruano beans and tamales contain lard as do the pork menu items. Both the red and green rices contain chicken stock. Black beans are completely vegetarian. We fry in oil that is trans-fat free and saute with canola and extra virgin olive oils.
