We are now on shelves and online at Sam's Club, both Spring and Sparkling.

If you have picked us up, we would be grateful for a review. We are a small brand, and honest reviews are what help other shoppers decide whether a premium water is worth trying.

And if you have not had the Sparkling yet, start there. The carbonation is finer than most people expect.

Monday hydration tip, and it is the easiest one on this list.

Put the water where you can see it.

The single most reliable predictor of how much water someone drinks is not discipline or intention. It is whether a full glass is within arm's reach. Visibility beats willpower nearly every time.

Desk, nightstand, kitchen counter. That is the whole strategy.

Where does yours live?

Sunday, and a hydration question we cannot settle internally.

Are you a pitcher-on-the-table household, or a help-yourself-from-the-fridge household?

We have noticed it says a surprising amount about how someone entertains, and about how much water everyone actually drinks. The households with a pitcher out drink noticeably more. Visibility does most of the work.

No wrong answer, though we suspect this thread will get opinionated.

Friday hydration tip that costs nothing.

Thirst is a late signal, not an early one. By the time you feel it, you are typically already at that 1 to 2% deficit where concentration and mood start to slip.

The fix is not drinking more when you are thirsty. It is drinking on a rhythm so you rarely get there. A glass on waking, one with each meal, one mid-afternoon.

Unglamorous, and it works.

What is your system? Some of you must have a better one than ours.

Something we learned this month that we have not been able to stop thinking about.

A 2025 study in the British Dental Journal tested enamel exposure over thirty days. Plain sparkling water caused 1.3% surface damage. The same sparkling water with citric acid added, the way most flavored waters are made, caused 15 to 20%.

Enamel begins eroding below pH 5.5. Flavored carbonated waters commonly sit near pH 3.

We are not here to lecture anyone. But if you drink flavored water all day specifically because you are trying to be healthier, that is worth raising with your dentist. Has anyone here had this conversation already?

Sunday reset thought.

A loss of just 1 to 2% of body water measurably reduces concentration, slows reaction time, affects short-term memory, and lowers mood. That threshold is reachable within a few hours of ordinary activity without drinking anything.

If your Sunday afternoon tends to arrive with a low-grade headache and a short fuse, it is worth ruling out the simplest explanation first.

What is your Sunday reset ritual?

This summer put something in perspective for us.

The 2026 European heatwaves resulted in roughly 36,210 deaths. In the United Kingdom alone, 2,877 excess deaths were recorded in May and June, nearly double the entire figure for 2025. North America recorded seventy heat-related deaths by early August.

Your body maintains a core temperature near 37°C by moving heat to the skin and releasing it through evaporation. Water is that entire mechanism. There is no backup.

If you have older parents, outdoor workers in your family, or neighbors who live alone, the most useful thing you can do in a heat event is check on them.

Not a product point. Just true.

KOPU Tasty Water Recipes with Tesia: The Creamy Colada

This is the one to make when someone stops by without warning. Tesia insisted on no blender, and she is right. The frozen pineapple does the work while preserving real texture.

Key Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen2 fl oz coconut milk3 fl oz KOPU Sparkling WaterIce, as needed1 pineapple wedge or slice, for garnish

The Method:
Add the pineapple to your glass. Pour the coconut milk over and stir gently. Add ice. Top with KOPU Sparkling, poured slowly to preserve carbonation. Finish with a pineapple wedge.

The 3pm crash is not always about coffee.

In one study, participants sat at 30°C for four hours and lost under 1% of their body mass. That alone produced a significant decline in memory and focused attention.

Under one percent. Four hours. A warm room.

Before you reach for the second cold brew, try a full glass of water and fifteen minutes. It works far more often than it has any right to.

Anyone else notice their afternoon slump lifting when they hydrate properly? Or are we imagining it?

A hosting detail almost nobody thinks about.

Chill your bottles overnight rather than for an hour. Aluminum takes cold quickly and holds it well, but it has to start cold. One hour in the fridge gets you halfway there, and the difference is noticeable.

Small thing. Guests register it without knowing why.
