We’re running two specials and a sundae.

Bò Lá Lốt, a southern Vietnamese dish of grilled beef wrapped in fragrant betel leaves (grown here by us), cooked over fire and served with roasted peanuts and nước mắm. I love this dish so much. It’s smoky, herbaceous and savory. Have it with a cold beer or ask Alejandro to pour you something alongside it.

We’re also serving Khao Man G*i - Thai-style poached chicken and rice with fermented ginger soybean sauce. I’ve said this many times before and I’ll say it again, this is one of my all time favorite things to eat and one of the first dishes I go for as soon as I land in Bangkok. Jasmine rice cooked in chicken fat, aromatics, and stock. It’s all about the rice and the sauce.

For dessert, a Coconut Sundae with coconut ice cream, coconut caramel, toasted coconut chips, roasted peanuts and a cherry on top. We served this at No Sad Sundaes last Saturday and wanted to bring it back. It’s THAT good. It also happens to vegan.
