We can’t have the self serve salsa bar out anymore during this Covid crisis but all of our made fresh daily salsa bar items are still available FOR FREE! Just tells us over the phone or when you come in what you need and we’ll make sure you get plenty of your favorite Chicken Ranch condiments at no charge!

BOTH CHICKEN RANCH LOCATIONS ARE STILL OPEN! We will stay open normal business hours for take-out and to-go orders only. You can call ahead to place your order and we’ll have your food ready for you when you get here. Or you can have Chicken Ranch delivered directly to you by using GrubHub DoorDash or Restaurant Connection. To call the De La Vina location dial 805-569-1872 to call the Goleta location dial 805-692-9200. We realize that many people in our community do not have access to cooking facilities in their place of residence. We will stay open so you can feed yourself and your loved ones during this crisis. Today was a day of mixed emotions. Juan Ramirez is a friend and a mentor to me and today was his last day at the Chicken Ranch. He's retiring after 27 years as our manager and leader. While I'm happy for him to take some well deserved time to relax and spend time with his family. Selfishly, I'm sad for me and the Chicken Ranch. Not having him there everyday will leave a void that will be impossible to fill. He is the rock that the Chicken Ranch is built on. He was the first employee my mom hired in 1989 and I don't think he's missed a day of work in all those years. He taught me what it means to take pride in your work, and the importance of loyalty and respect. In many ways he's been like a father to me and I have the utmost respect for him as a human being and a man. He's intelligent and honest and he worked hard and sacrificed so much of himself to make a better life for his family. If I can become half the man that he is I will have succeeded in life. "Don Juan" you will be sorely missed at the Chicken Ranch but you will never be forgotten. It has been an unbelievable honor to work with you these past 27 years and I'm proud to be able to call you my friend. I wish nothing but love and happiness for you as you embark on this next chapter of life. I can't possibly thank you enough for all you've done for me and my family and we will always be grateful.
