For our first Close Up, we pulled up to Stoke Salad ā€” but our version of a restaurant collab is a little different.

Weā€™re not pulling up asking for free food. Weā€™re pulling up asking if you need help closing.

Close Up by FAKAS takes us inside other restaurants at the end of the night, where we work alongside their team, help clean up and talk about what it really takes to run a restaurant.

For our first Close Up, we pulled up on Stoke Salad inside The Enclave to get to know the people behind the restaurantā€”and lend a hand while they closed up for the night.

We clean. We break down. We take out trash. And somewhere along the way, we hear their story.

FAKAā€™S is proud to support the YUP Programā€™s Back to School Drive.

Weā€™ve proudly supported Peter, Upu, and the YUP Program since the beginning, and itā€™s been incredible watching what they continue to build. From food drives to youth programs and community resources, theyā€™re putting real work behind creating opportunities and showing up for the next generation.

For us, FAKAā€™S has always been about more than food. Itā€™s about culture, community, and making sure we give back to the people.
