ZZ Truck We're a food truck utilizing the newest technology and equipment and a hand crafted menu to provide the perfect experience.

We have a new truck outfitted with satellite flat screen tv and I Pad ordering system. The menu was the creation of esteemed chef Chris Rahder, who brings culinary knowledge from the east and west coasts, as well as a considerable amount of time in Japan studying culinary traditions and working for a variety of different gourmet establishments. The whole team puts great emphasis on perfectly prepa
