Located on the east side of Santa Ana between the 5 and the 55 freeway on the border of the city of Tustin. Victor Avila built this location in 1983 and still operates it today with the help of his long-time General Manager, Karen Edwards. Patty was such a kind and loving person who was amazingly talented and well respected within the culinary community. She was loyal, dedicated, friendly and creative. Patty was exceptional at her craft and a pioneer in her industry. Patty will be greatly missed and will always hold a special place in our Avila Family. May she forever rest in peace.

Today we honor Salvador Avila who was a man of perseverance throughout his life of 99 years. He was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and the founder of Avila’s El Ranchito Restaurant. We miss him greatly.
