We just turned one… but somehow it never truly feels like work.

We just turned one, and every time we flip our sign and open our doors, it feels like welcoming family home

Every loaf we mix, every coffee we brew, every pastry we shape.. Some days it feels like we were placed on this earth for this exact purpose… not just to make bread, coffee or pastries, but to bring a little bit of comfort, warmth and sweetness to everyone one who walks through our little bakery in Santa Ana..

This is what I’m meant to do. This is why I’m here. And I love it.

ONE YEAR AGO: Throwback to when our bread oven got delivered in pieces. Parts pretty much filled up the entire front of the house area. It took 5 days to assemble and took a whole day to cure the stones by increasing the temperature by 50 degrees every hour. It’s crazy that it had already been a year since me and my brother started baking here! 🥹
