Did Cinco de Mayo just land on a Taco Tuesday?!

Yeah. It happened. And we’re not wasting it.

Make sure you get on down to Henry’s Depot. Grab three tacos from Pollo Al Fuego… that’s the Signature, the Street, or the American. You pick. We’ll fire ‘em up.

Then take your ticket straight to Basin bar and the bartender will pour you an ice cold FREE draft b**r.

You heard us. FREE.

That’s three tacos. A cold b**r. Zero dollars for the b**r. All the flavor for the tacos.

Enjoy your Cinco de Mayo, Sanford. But here’s the real kicker you can get tacos every single day because we do our 3 taco deal for $15. Always. We don’t play.

Get over here. Get your b**r. Get your tacos.

Let’s go. Happy Cinco de Mayo. 🎉🌮🍺

Oh yeah. That pre‑Derby happy hour was EVERYTHING ‼️

Y’all already know we got the best chickie wings out here. Crispy. Juicy. Fuego. That’s not a brag. That’s just facts.

But we had to give you those pretzel bites too. Soft. Warm. Drenched in b**r cheese 🧀. Kept you fueled for the big race while you placed your bets & sipped mint juleps for a good cause!

We were happy to serve you, Sanford. You showed up. We showed out.

Now listen, don’t wait for the next Derby. Come get your wing on daily. Lunch. Dinner. Late night. We’re here. We’re hot. We’re taking orders.

Pollo Al Fuego. Kickin’ butt. Servin’ wings. No days off.

🌮 You know you want ‘em.

Three tacos. Fifteen bucks. That’s the deal at Pollo Al Fuego... But let me tell you what you’re really getting.

The SIGNATURE • chicken or beef, pico de gallo, chipotle mayo. Smoky. Creamy.
A little attitude.

The STREET • chicken or beef, cilantro, rice, lime juice, onions, and yeah, more cilantro.
Simple. Authentic. The kind that reminds you why street food runs the world.

The AMERICAN • chicken or beef, lettuce, sour cream, cheese. No explanation needed. Just a classic that hits every time.

Share ‘em with your crew. Don’t share
‘em. We don’t care. Just eat ‘em.

We serve these bad boys late, so lunch break or late night, Henry’s got you.

And the pro move? Pair ‘em with a margarita from Cold. Tangy.
Dangerous.

Taco ‘bout a good time. Come get your three!

WHO YOU CALLIN CHICKEN?!

Oh wait. That’s us. 🍗

Probably because our pollo is straight FUEGO. The wood fire does something magical—tender and juicy on the inside, crispy and golden on the outside. That’s not luck. That’s Henry knowing what he’s doing.

You want a quarter? Got it. Half? Easy. Whole chicken? Say less. And because a family’s got to eat, we do it platter style.

Rice. Beans. And your pick of sides:
🌿 Cilantro Rice
🖤 Black Beans
🤎 Pinto Beans
🍌 Sweet Plantains
🍟 French Fries

One platter. Full bellies. Zero regrets.

Come get this drool-worthy chicken. Your mouth already knows what’s up.

🍗 By now you heard we got the best wings at Pollo Al Fuego. But now? Now it’s officially approved.

The David himself came through. Dude was dunking these beauties in blue cheese with such verver & no shame, it was giving major FUEGO 🔥 vibes. We tried to tell him to slow down, but he just kept going at those fries.

(Not pictured: him licking the bowl after hosing that pasta. Yeah. It’s that good.)

So take it from the experts. Take it from the chef. Take it from anyone who’s tasted ‘em.

Pollo Al Fuego has got the fire. Lunch. Dinner. Late night. And everything in between.
