Happy Sunday :) It’s definitely a hoodie & sweatpants kinda day around here!

Warm carrot cake scones loaded with cozy spices and topped with melty cinnamon butter for breakfast 🤤

Lunch? Fend for yourself. 😆 Mama is off the clock.

But dinner… put me in coach lol
Crispy golden chicken cutlets over creamy, spicy Cajun pasta with buttery, garlicky sourdough bread on the side 🤤

Now I’m being nosy 😂 What’s on the dinner table at your house tonight?!

---- just in case you want the recipe -----

Creamy Cajun Pasta

* Boil 12 oz pasta.
* Melt 2 Tbsp butter + minced garlic in a pan.
* Add 1½ cups heavy cream + 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning - garlic powder-onion powder- black pepper- Kinders Garlic herb
* Stir in ¾ cup Parmesan.
* Add pasta and toss.

Crispy Chicken Cutlets

* Pound chicken breasts thin.
* Season with Cajun seasoning + garlic powder.
* Dip in flour then egg and Italian breadcrumbs.
* Pan-fry in a little oil 3–4 min per side, until chicken reaches 165°F.
* Slice and throw it right on top of that pasta.

HOLY CHICKENS, SANFORD 😂

What in the hell happened today?! Y’all about wiped us CLEAN.

We have TWO chicken salad croissants, about 4 pounds of chicken salad, a handful of desserts and some crumbs left 😂 That’s it. That’s the post.

So tomorrow… breakfast it is!

And TRUST US, we learned our lesson from the last breakfast. Y’all came through that door like somebody yelled FREE BACON. 😭 We were NOT prepared for that foolishness.

This time? We READY ready. Biscuits, breakfast, coffee, lemonade and tea — we stocked up because apparently Sanford wakes up hungry. 😂

Tomorrow 8–12 or until y’all do what y’all do best and clean us out again.

COME GET IT.

Well, well, well Victoria. 😂😂😂 You didn’t leave us a crumb, a jalapeño, a crispy onion… NOTHING. Just an empty tray and a five-star testimony. 🤣 That Cluck got absolutely disrespected and we couldn’t be prouder. Thank you for coming in, laughing with us, eating good and making our day with this review. ❤️ And since apparently I’m “sweet and friendly,” I’ll be printing this review out as legal documentation for Chef James the next time he says otherwise. 😂😂😂

CLUCK AROUND & FIND OUT

Fried chicken - homemade mac & cheese - crispy fried onions -hot honey candied jalapeños, all wrapped up in a buttery tortilla and grilled.

She’s cheesy, crunchy, buttery, a little sweet and got just enough kick to make you pay attention. 😂

If you like a little spice in your life… come cluck around and find out. 😏🌶️

And yes… she’s as good as she sounds.
