Happy Friday!

It is a "Kitchen Staff Takeover" night here at The Liberation.

Tonight, Jayne and Paige will be crafting an exciting array of new signature fall cocktails, while Catherine serves up all of your favorite light bites.

We would love for you to join us for a fantastic evening to kick off the weekend! We’ll be open from 4 to 10.

We have new items on the menu this week.

We have a new chicken salad. This is Paige's Chicken Salad. Its got the perfect profile of spice, salty, and sweet.

We have also added a flight for our chicken salad and pimento cheese varieties! Get a choice of two, with crackers or chips!

We are open today until 9 pm, and we open tomorrow and Saturday at 4 pm.

Wh***ey Wednesday

We have a great lineup this week!

First is Johnny Drum Bourbon, is a 101-proof Kentucky straight-bourbon. It is well known for its rye-forward, herbal character featuring notes of mint, baking spices, caramel, citrus, and oak.

Next is Henry McKenna 10 year single barrel bourbon. this is a 100- proof that opens with a semi-sweet mouth feel of honeyed sweetness, toffee, and dark fruits like cherries or baked apples.

Lastly we have Baker's 7 year Single Barrel Bourbon. With a 107-proof has a signature Beam nuttiness (roasted peanuts/almonds), accompanied by tangy fruit, oak, char, vanilla, and baking spices.

Come taste this flight starting Thursday at 4 pm.
