It’s celebrity trivia tonight at 7pm with Dan Perkins of Dan Martin Jewelers fame. Dan will be playing for his charity of choice - CARA - who will receive $100 for Dan’s work tonight.

Thai Smile Street Food is serving up 4-8pm in the b**r garden tonight, grab some Thai food and bask in our post-Indie Fest glow.

What a wild weekend! Time to get ourselves readied up for this week & that includes these big beautiful trucks.

No truck tonight but Thai Smile Street Food joins us Tuesday night for trivia with Dan from Dan Martin Jewelers

LOS PANAS FOODTRUCK RALEIGH joins us on hump day, Bac 2Mac serves up on Thursday. Friday is our First Friday event - more on that tomorrow or Weds. Death By Taco is our truck that night.

In addition to First Friday you can find us pouring at the rodeo at LP Arena - Sanford, NC on Friday and Saturday night. We’ve really loved those events and are just tickled that we have a rodeo in our small town!

Saturday night we welcome back Frita Stop and on Sunday it’s Lotus Poke Co🪷💜 for you after b**r and yoga with Sanford Yoga & Community Center and line dancing (2-5pm) with Buckles & Boots Line Dancers

Did I forget something? Probably, I’ve got post-Indie brain freeze and our fertility idol is missing. Let me know what I missed and wishing everyone a week as awesome as this weekend was for us.

There’s a Carolina Indie Fest buzz in the air!

We open at noon, festival kicks off at 5PM. Bands and food trucks listed above to help you plan your visit.

In addition to music and food, we’ll have dozens of crafty vendors in the public lot, laser tag under the parking deck, an open air book fair, an elevation station, on site massages, a cigar lounge and b**r! We have b**r at the bar inside and a pouring station near the stage as well.

And just look at this weather! Indiemana Bones and the fertility god are shining on us today. Rock on…

Not long now!! Carolina Indie Fest starts tomorrow.

Get in line for Common Defense Belgian Blonde, our second Indie Fest b**r collab with Common Defense, a veteran led group that is represented locally by Lindsey Knapp of Sanford Yoga & Community Center.
This is an easy drinking, crisp b**r with pilsner and aromatic malts as the base. We added in some orange zest spice and hops to round it out for a Belgian funkiness. It’s a style worthy of Indie Man’s attention, and yours.

May your (Indiemana bones) cup always be full.

What are we drinking at Carolina Indie Fest? With the stage sited on the grounds of B**r Hall | Brewery Sanford NC guests have access to 18 b**rs, ciders from James Creek C***r House and Botanist & Barrel , w**e, craft soda and our made-in-house lemon lime THC drink Spryke. Two b**rs of note were brewed in collaboration with our festival sponsors:

Common Defense Belgian Blonde (5.5% ABV) - sponsor Common Defense is a veteran led nonprofit looking to bring veterans together to confront challenges to democratic rule. Sanford’s own Lindsey Knapp is raising awareness and advocating for Common Defense’s mission by trekking 300 miles across NC in an effort that will end at the festival on Saturday. Brewer David says this b**r has “crisp and rounded Belgian funkyness … Pilsner and aromatic malts are the base for this b**r. There is some orange zest spice in the finish and hops are quite green for a Belgian style.”

Amber Hammer Guatemalan Amber Ale (6.2% ABV) - Raven Forge Games is an anchor business in downtown Sanford, drawing thousands of visitors every month for its new game selection and well moderated role playing games. Brewer David says this sponsor b**r “has been brewed with a generous amount of maize, some crystal malts and a throw of chocolate malt for color. This b**r has nice candy corn sweetness and light to medium body. Hops are for balance.”

What about our Non Alcohol options at Indie? There are plenty, check out Charlatte mobile coffee for a variety of coffees including a pumpkin spice one that will hit nicely on a cool night.

Mystical Mixes LLC offers mocktails finished with optional “edible shimmer dust”. Opt for the dust!

lemonkissedlemonadeco offers lemonades and if you mix them 50/50 with a light b**r you’ll get a Radler. 😊

The Tonic Garden (Friday only) - dirty sodas, energy drinks & garden waters are all on the menu at this mobile specialty drinks stop. This, and all other drinks vendors, are found mixed in with the vendors in public parking.

The H**p Nation - check out their Elevation Station right next to the Muscle Balance massage chairs. Elevation Station will have THC beverages.

Meet Amber Hammer Guatemalan Amber Ale. She’s one of two new brews for Carolina Indie Fest . This one is brought to you by Raven Forge Games. She’s a mild amber that has been brewed with a generous amount of maze, some crystal malts and a throw of chocolate malt for color.
You’ll get a nice candy corn sweetness with a light to medium body, and some hops for balance. Amber Hammer sits right at 6.2% ABV and should hit just right with the slightly cooler temps we’ll have this weekend.
We’ll be pouring in our 2026 Indiemana Bones souvenir cups, which cost $1 and is yours to keep.

Mini street closure for Indie. Both sections of Cole Street are open, middle of Steele Street between Wicker and Cole is closed for food trucks.

The following closures will be in effect for Downtown Sanford this weekend for the Carolina Indie Fest at Hugger Mugger Brewing:

⛔ Cole Street Parking Lot located at Steele and Cole streets will close on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 7 a.m. and will remain closed all day on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

⛔ Steele Street will close between 212 S. Steele Street and the corner of Steele and Cole streets on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 3 p.m. and will remain closed all day on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

Please note the current street closures in downtown will remain in place throughout the weekend:
❌ Intersection of First Street and Charlotte Avenue
❌ McIver Street between First and Market streets

Parking options are limited at the Pilgrim's Sanford Agricultural Marketplace on Saturday, September 26, 2026, between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. due to the Sanford Farmers' Market.
