Meet the beautiful and smooth Cortado ☕

Have you ever wanted to try espresso but weren't sure where to start? A cortado just might be your drink.

Made with equal parts rich espresso and silky steamed milk, a cortado is smooth, balanced, and lets the flavor of our quality roasted coffee shine. It's less milky than a latte, but not as bold as drinking espresso on its own.

You'll probably love a cortado if:
• You enjoy tasting the unique flavors of great coffee.
• You want something smooth without a lot of milk or sweetness, although you can always add a little sugar or simple syrup to your liking.
• You like a small drink with big flavor.

A cortado may not be you drink if:
• You prefer a larger, creamy coffee drink like a latte or cappuccino
• You love flavored syrups or sweetness in your drink.
• You're looking for a drink to sip on for a long time.

Meet our new Pocket Lattes at Palate Coffee Roasters!

Whether you're heading to the beach, packing a cooler, going for a walk, running errands, or just need a delicious coffee on the go, these are the perfect grab-and-go treat.

👉 No ice.
👉 No watered-down coffee.
👉Just a perfectly chilled, rich, flavorful latte that's ready whenever you are.

We're testing these out, so for now we have limited quantities, limited flavors, and they're available ONLY at our Sanford location in the grab-and-go cooler.

We need your help! Grab one, give it a try, and let us know what you think. If you love them, we'll work on bringing them to both Palate Coffee locations!
