"Shrimp in Chipotle Sauce" it is superbly delicious; Shrimp, sliced mushrooms and pinapple bits sauteed in a tomatoey-chipotle sweet-n-savory sauce. A meal right out of Veracruz and therefore in the whole Pacific NW, only at La Bamba !!!
