🥐 A taste of Colombia has made its way to Sugar House! 🇨🇴

Val Sof Bakery, a local Colombian bakery known for traditional breads, pastries and coffee, has expanded into Sugar House at 905 E. 2100 South in Salt Lake City.

The bakery brings a lineup of Colombian favorites to the neighborhood, including pan de yuca, a cassava-based cheese bread; pandebono, another popular Colombian cheese bread; fresh cheese breads; sweet pastries; coffee and other Colombian specialties.

One of the coolest parts is that this isn’t your typical national bakery chain. It’s a chance for people in Salt Lake City to try foods and flavors that can be harder to find around the valley — including several breads traditionally made with cassava or cheese.
