GOOD MORNING!! I AM OPEN!! The sinks are “good enough for who they’re for,” as my Grandpa would say to me:) Stop in and grab yourself some sweet relief from the heat. I’ve got a counter full of goodness, as well as breads and cold beverages, (the loaded tea packets, Dez is not here today). Stop in and see me, or my Ma, or Emilee - we’re all here waiting for ya!

Good morning everyone,
Unfortunately, the only thing flowing in the bakery today is water where it shouldn’t be. 😅

The bakery will be closed today while I make some repairs to our triple-sink.

We’ll be back open tomorrow morning with the water staying in the sink instead of covering the floor! I am very sorry for any inconvenience

Make it at home Monday is back! Toasted sourdough topped with cottage cheese for protein, tomatoes, pickled red onions, sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning, and drizzled with balsamic glaze. This is a breakfast of champions.

One of the very best things about working at the bakery is visiting with friends new and old, and on occasion I get to see people I haven’t seen in years. In grade school, I spent many a night at Lona’s house with her daughters. She put up with late night giggles echoing throughout her house with a smile on her face, regardless of how little sleep we blessed her with. It’s an impossibility to look back at my high school days and not think of Lona ❤️ It was so good to see her!!
