Our Honorable Mention coffee is IN STOCK and ready for your cup β˜•οΈπŸ‡¨πŸ‡· This Costa Rica Perla Negra Natural from the Las Lajas Micromill was anonymously judged and described as a β€œpunchy and sweet start with strawberry and lemon juice notes, backed by dark chocolate, cacao nibs, dark cherry, and dried orange peel though the finish. Lively acidity and complex, balance structure. A lingering and pleasant cup overall.”
