Soup season is in full swing at Pivo Peaks. Today we have a sweet potato soup with a touch of apple. Served with garlic butter crostinis.

Our soups are always homemade and here until they are gone (then on to the next one!)

It is cold and rainy... and a great day for soup! Our freshly made Mexican Street Corn Soup has corn, potatoes, poblanos, and cheese simmered together and served with lime and tortilla chips. It's delicious!
