Rare opportunity to acquire four established, fully licensed bar and entertainment businesses with existing operations, multiple revenue streams, and significant equipment and assets already in place.

For a buyer looking for an established business rather than starting from the ground up, these locations offer an attractive operational setup. The building and land are owned by the landlord, allowing the new owner to step into the businesses with very competitive rent and without the capital requirements associated with purchasing the underlying real estate.

Each business comes equipped with substantial existing assets, including but not limited to walk-in coolers, cash registers, glassware, bar-back equipment, current inventory, established vendor relationships, high-end finishes, sound systems, and more.

Another major advantage is the vending operation. Vending provides an additional income stream, while the vending company handles the maintenance of the vending machines and pool tables. The business shares in the profits without taking on the responsibility of maintaining that equipment.

These are established businesses with existing infrastructure, equipment, vendor relationships, licenses, and revenue opportunities already in place. This allows the next owner the ability to focus on operations, growth, and maximizing profitability.

Beyond the business opportunity, this is also a chance to take ownership of businesses with a long-standing local history and carry on what was built and operated by a true local legend. Two of the clubs are located directly on historic Route 66.
Fully licensed. Fully equipped. Competitive rent. Multiple revenue streams. Established operations. Ready for new ownership.
