It’s about the creativity you have inside you and putting a little piece of yourself into what you create. 💕

While I was making this cake, I questioned EVERYTHING. 😂
“It’s not perfect.”
“She’s not gonna like it.”
“It’s too small.”
“The pink isn’t right.”
You know… all those little voices that make you doubt yourself.

And then I got this message. 🥹😭💕

Her granddaughter LOVED IT.

THAT is why I do what I do. Not because every cake is perfect. Not because I’m trying to compete with anybody else. But because something I created with my own two hands became part of someone’s special day.

I freaking love what I do. 🎂💗
And messages like this will forever mean more to me than people realize.

So here’s your reminder—and mine—to stop being so damn hard on yourself. Sometimes the thing you’re picking apart is exactly what someone else thinks is beautiful. ✨💕
