A few teas Ned recommends as summer turns toward fall. Keep swiping to discover our current picks —->
SILVER NEEDLE: Layers of flavor mark our Silver Needle. Generational cultivation of the Da Bai tea bush to a local cultivar No. 6 yields a signature spring Yin Zhen. Handcrafted buds open to fresh, cooling flavors of honeysuckle & apricot. Harvested March 2026, farm elevation is 800 meters.
ANJI WHITE: One of the first lots we tasted this Spring, Anji White is a wonderful choice for late summer. Smooth and cooling, liquor is sweet, ever-so-lightly vegetal, showing umami flavors. Steeps to a light apple-green color, with an unusually smooth, notable palate feel due to high amino acid content.
ORANGE HIBISCUS: Whatever way the Fall weather goes, OH will accommodate. Zesty flavors of ginger, orange, rose hips, and hibiscus quench, cool, and invigorate, served hot or chilled. Caffeine-free, a great beverage chilled in the refrigerator ready for refreshment or served with food.
