🌧️ Heavy rain and flash flooding are possible this week.

According to the National Weather Service, a slow-moving cold front will bring multiple chances for heavy rainfall late today through Friday, with the greatest risk for heavy rain and flash flooding Wednesday night through Friday.

🌧️ Widespread rainfall totals of 2–4 inches are possible, with isolated amounts of up to 8 inches.

Now is the time to prepare:

🏠 Stock up on essential supplies in case you need to stay home.

🚗 Never drive through flooded roadways. Turn Around, Don’t Drown. Even a small amount of moving water can create dangerous conditions.

Stay weather aware, monitor local forecasts and alerts, and use extra caution as conditions change throughout the week.

📚✨ Our Mini Library is HERE! ✨📚

Our newest Topaz feature is officially open, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🥰 After our amazing maintenance team worked hard to build and set up our mini library, our Take a Book, Leave a Book event was a huge success! 🎉📖

We’re already so happy to see our residents putting the library to use—taking books to enjoy and leaving some behind for their neighbors to discover. 💙📚

Take a book. Leave a book. Share the love of reading! 📖💙
