We’re a husband-and-wife-owned, community-focused restaurant right here in San Marcos, just steps from Texas State University. What started as our love for burgers, tacos, coffee, and serving our community through 3-different food truck concepts has now grown into Beans & Buns—a place where our food truck roots meet a full kitchen, bar, and open-space cafe.
We’re passionate about what we do, and we believe in supporting the community that supports us. That’s why we proudly source our beef, coffee, bagels, pastries, and buns locally whenever possible.
